Terms of Service

The audit is an independent review of public-facing website, mobile, contact-path, trust, service-information, visibility, and technical fundamentals. The exact findings depend on the public information available and the business information you submit.

The founding-client rate is $199 as a one-time payment processed through Stripe. There is no subscription or long-term agreement.

The 48-hour delivery period begins only after payment and all required business information have been received. Delays in receiving complete or accurate information may delay delivery.

• Provide accurate business and contact information.
• Provide only information you are authorized to share.
• Do not submit passwords, payment data, private files, or secrets.
• Review recommendations before making business or technical changes.

Corrections, redesign, development, search optimization, advertising, and other implementation services are not included in the audit price. When appropriate and available, separate work may be proposed and quoted independently.

The audit provides observations and recommendations, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, customers, revenue, cybersecurity protection, accessibility compliance, or legal compliance. Business decisions remain the customer's responsibility.
